Is housekeeping available for extended stays?
For guests staying multiple nights, basic housekeeping services—including trash collection, towel replacement, and bottled water replenishment—are provided. To support our environmental sustainability efforts, bed linens are changed once every three nights for stays of four nights or longer. If you do not require housekeeping, please place the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign outside your room

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms. Please connect to the network with the same number as your room. No password is required

What should I do if the parking lot is full?
If the hotel's underground parking garage is full during your stay, please use the Jeongbang-dong Public Parking Lot, located approximately a one-minute walk from the hotel, or another nearby public parking facility

Two slow EV charging stations are available on Basement Level 2 (B2). Tesla vehicles require a compatible charging adapter
